Almost didn't go because of other reviews... had no choice but glad I did. They were polite, fast and personable. Thought they were great. They were a little "rushy" because, well, they were busy but nothing any normal human wouldn't be like in that situation. I really like that they weren't "pushy" as well. Just got me what I needed. Will come back, that's for sure. Great price, great service.

I was a little skeptical about going because of the bad reviews. But, I had a great experience with my oil change. Aaron and Frank were super nice and professional. Aaron didn't feel well but he smiled and laughed with my sister and I. Ed didn't have much of a personality but he wasn't rude like the reviews were saying. It was a very pleasant experience for me. Thanks fellas

Do not and I repeat DONT use the tle at the Walmart on redbud in McKinney we waited for over 30 minutes to be skipped over multiple times and told they wouldn't talk to me because my girlfriend was talking on her phone next to me it was the worst and rudest customer service I have experienced. I will never return to this tle. If I could give them no stars I would.

Terrible place!!! Do not come here!! The associates are rude and they took 2 hours just to change some tires. Go somewhere else this place is bad and you will live pissed off.
