I would say "CAVEAT EMPTOR"! Granted, their ad has fine print at the bottom stating the need for add-ons at extra cost but their $129 package deal turns out to be over $400 with the add-ons. I chose a different package. With an hour left before closing they said no problem to do the job. The problems were: 1. They finished at closing & didn't give me any info how to operate the stereo. 2. They didn't give me remote control that came with the stereo. 3. I left only to discover, 3 min later, the rear passenger window, which was down 2", no longer worked. Rain in the forecast 2 days away. 4. Already closed, so I had to spend extra 100 miles & 2.5 hours to come back to fix the window & get my remote. 5. Owner lied & tried to blame  problem on my operation of  child lockout window switch at the driver's door after they opened passenger door panel & plugged in the individual switch. Reality, lockout switch doesn't affect driver door window controls! All other windows were still working  regardless of lockout position before their fix. 6. Based on that lie owner refused requested compensation for my time & $25 gas to return, caused by them!

ALERT: SELLING STOLEN STEREOS!!

Omar (manager/owner?) sold me a Kenwood nav unit as new, but going through the menus on it I found all the radio presets were filled and there was someone else's iPhone in the bluetooth connections list.  I returned to the store and requested to see his invoice from the distributor and he refused to show it to me.  I asked to see the box it came in (installed 2 days ago) and he doesn't have it.  This is a shady operation and you should avoid it at all costs.
