Horrible customer service. Employees make no effort to solve a customer's problem. Jennifer in the front was rude. I stated I'm paying "all this money on insurance" and she sarcastically said "it's not a lot of money, it's only $13" Gone are the days where the customer is always right. Please avoid this store if you can. Bad representation of Sprint.

This store need to be closed . I was so tempted to break everything there and go . So , I went there with my wife to pay bill . A lady came to us with a big smile asking for her name and account informations then she said we’re gonna be next . There were about 12 people . Some guys on the seat just chilling , I don’t know what they were doing , not buying anything just talking Spanish with the associates... Any of the 4 associates didn’t offer a seat to my wife but even a blind person could see that she’s pregnant ( 8 months ) and she can’t stay up for a long time . We’ve been there for 47 minutes, no one came to us. I was so mad and I ask one of the associates how long it’s gonna take to be received because I have to go somewhere and I’m late . She said “ I’m sorry but I don’t know , one of us went to lunch , he’s gonna take care of you once he’s back. I don’t wanna say something racist but it was like if you get in the store and you’re not Spanish they don’t care about you . They were all speaking Spanish and I think one of the associates girl had her family in, they were just talking and laughing . My wife started feeling bad and we left . One of them was by the door and I said “excuse me “ to make a way so I can open the door. She didn’t even try to keep us . It was most like “ oooh yes go somewhere else , that what I wanted “ . When I was starting my car , I saw another couple leaving so mad . They just came right after us . We’ve been waiting together for an hour . I promise that if I wasn’t in military and was afraid of consequences I would break everything in the store . So awful and disrespectful service

Awful! I have NEVER been treated this bad in my life. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF A HUGE HEADACHE AND REAL TEARS. It took us 3 hours to get the plan and our phones. Way to long if you ask me. After all that, we thought we had a great deal, then we get a bill for $227 instead of $155. Went back to the store and took me another 2 hours. The girl said she couldn't do anything about it. WHaaaaat? Well I had to fight it. the phone was dropping calls which is AWFUL for my business. After all that, we went back and canceled after 6 days. And they made me cry. Literally. i was on the phone with customer service and they wanted to talk to the representative and Erica, the store representative said " I will not touch that phone, I will not speak with anyone" Whaaat? this whole conversation was recorded by the agent over the phone. BAD TO GET SERVICE, BAD BETWEEN SERVICE, BAD TO CANCEL. The whole experience was awful, and so we went to T-Movile right after and what a difference.

Always have great cust serv and very helpful and informative. Almost always leave the store buying or adding something to my account.

Customer service skill not up to standards very rude. Sales Associate are not train properly they don’t disclosed important information. Sprint need to be responsible for their associate to be well trained. I got a phone from sprint by taken my old phone from a different cell phone carrier. Sale associate seen the condition of the phone and didn’t disclosed to me that sprint doesn’t buy the phone back with crack screen. Now i have a bill from t-mobile that i owed 303.27 plus late fees send to collections from something that their employee forgot to disclosed!!! i can’t wait till my contract is over so i can take my business somewhere else’s !!!
