Well, today decided to try Church's Chicken after a long, long time!!! What a Bad Decision! FIRST, We couldn't order at the speaker...we had to drive to the window....And had to Rush and try to decide what to get! THEN, The potatoes had a very small amount of gravy! The tenders looked like it was for a KIDS MEAL! We had NO utensils to eat with, NO Napkins, NO ketchup! THEN, We had to ask for our peppers which we ordered and paid for! This definitely has been a TERRIBLE Experience! NO MORE Church's Chicken for me! This was not worth $20! Don't waste your money! Worst Food Ever! DEFINITELY NOT LIKE IT USE TO BE!

Arrived there 9:35-9:40 informed by young man they were already closed.  Website and all information available states closes at 10:00.  When questioned the only response the young man had was we are closed as he continued to mop out the back door.  I asked for the Manager.  He informed me, the Manager was sitting in the car waiting for him to finish.  About this time the Manager pulls around behind me the young man then closes the door.  I wonder if there Corporate Office knows about this behavior and if it is repetitive.  There’s only one way to find out….Report it… Verify it…Continue to check on it enough of these establishments have closed

I don't like church's chicken.. It's too greasy and it tastes just like old cooking oil... the cashier didn't take my order at the drive thru speaker...I had to pull on up to the window and honk my hoenFood: 1/5

Do you want to waste your hard earned money on complete garbage? Well are you ever in luck! This is my first time in Shreveport and I decided to try Churches. Man, was that ever a mistake. Inedible fries, coke that tasted like cleaning chemicals, and chicken that somehow was both super greasy and stale/rubbery.

They need to do better by changing the times they open I went for 1030 cause the Google says the time they open got there a worker came to backdoor instead of microphone to tell me and another customer they wasn't open yet sat in parking lot until 11am made a home no bombers in bag no spoon for mash potatoes and missing a piece of chicken I spent over 20 bucks  oh and you can't dine in all doors should be back open now drive thru needs fixing bad potholes everywhere deep ones always filled with stinky water

Chicken was hard dark as if grease needing changing. I would have waited or come back. It was terrible and more greasy than usual.

Chicken was good and I love their coleslaw.

False advertising. Sign said "dining room open" but was locked in plain daylight
