Quit charging for cheese if you’re never gonna get the order right. Might as well rename this place to mystery burger cause you just don’t know what you’re gonna get.
People in drive through hate their job and make it clear in how they speak and cut the customer off. Pulls cars forward and then forgets they pulled them forward. Customer waits in car for 30 mins while food is just sitting on the counter inside getting cold and none of them had a clue who it went to. When the purpose of being pulled forward was for fresh chicken to be cooked and served. Customer proceeded to walk in and get the food and they acted as if the customer shouldn’t be upset ? The manager on duty stared as I asked why my food just sat there, and why would they pull a car forward and forget they did ? Manager didn’t step in and assist or do anything to make it right. Could’ve drove to youree location, ordered, and got my food faster than this location took.
It was about 1130 at night had to wait 45 minutes in line the service is horrible a week later the same thing happened and I drove off. This is the location in Bert Kouns and Youree Drive you wait forever at the drive-through to make your order then it takes forever to get your order. Saw lots of other cars drive off!!!!
2/20/22 ordered late night dinner after a long shift. My order was a #1 with fries and #5 with onion rings plus a side of gravy.. simple. Recieved my order and as for the order it was perfect. Burgers cooked and prepared perfectly and the fries and onion rings fried crispy and hot. Now for the 4 stars fell upon the one taking and giving food orders. To us she seemed rude and like it was an inconvenience for us to be in the drive thru. Now we just moved here to Louisiana from Texas so and now our 3rd time there we wasn't treated well but the food is always good so having to just take the moodswing and order. Ending on a good note.. great sweet tea...
My food was garbage. They add mustard when i said no mustard are onions on one of my sandwich the pattie wasn't fully cooked on the second sandwiches no pickles. The lady that took my order kept cutting me my fries cold. I ended up throwing everything away was a waste of money. The only one that was really nice in sweet was Philip he apology for the wait.
I purchased in the app. The time given was 20 minutes after the order was placed. I arrived and waited another 12 minutes. I ordered sweet tea with my meal and was delivered unsweet tea. The employee making the delivery was courteous.
The Tea was sour, and they couldn't get only tomatoes right. Then had to wait for more to cook then got a attitude because I said I wanted fresh fries with my sandwich. I guess I was supposed to eat cold hard fries. Total waste of time and money.
We went there for lunch and first thing we see is an employee yelling at people repeatably that the inside of the store is closed over and over again and laughing at them and then the same employee is taking orders so I give her my order and it comes out to $15.25 I have a $15 gift card so I give her a quarter after she swipes the card and then she insists that they cannot take cash so I asked for a manager as it turned out they do so she tells me to pull around to the window I get to the first window and attempt to give them the 25 cents and the lady rolls her eyes and says next window I will give the manager credit though she was not bad in her mood was good so two out of three people there should be replaced the customer service terrible
The food taste the same as it always has but the wait time has got longer and longer over the past 6 months. I pulled into the drive thru at 11:01 p.m. and got my food at 11:24 p.m. . 23 minutes is not fast food. It is this slow any time during the day
Eating low carb and when eating out at fat food places, it is a challenge. I got the mushroom Swiss burger, no bun or sauce. Even the hamburger patties here are high in carbs! Coupled it with the creamy pepper sauce on the side so I would not feel deprived. Very lightly touched my meat into the sauce so as not to eat too much of it. Second picture shows where I stopped. Have to say, one of the more satisfying meals I've had! A touch of what I craved, without going overboard.
