order a blast but got watery not even filled up ‘icecream’ definitely not worth no $5

Very disappointed in my visit. My order was taken correctly but when I got home it was wrong. I order a certain way for a reason. I hate having to pick stuff off of my burgers... I asked for no onions, but got tons of them on my sandwich. The food tastes like onions.

So this is obviously not Texas toast, it's regular bread so it's extremely smaller than a sonic grilled cheese is supposed to be. They could've at least told me when I ordered it that it would be on regular bread. But don't just serve people alternatives thinking they'll just happily take it. Because I actually would've ordered something different

Went to the 2560 Bert Kouns location..Store #1269 and ordered a Crispy Chicken Combo ...Dry with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Also mayo and ketchup packs on the side. Tyrhonda did not do a good job of making sure my order was correct. EVEN AFTER Repeating it Back to me TWICE. AND THEN TO ONLY GET 1 KETCHUP PACK??? REALLY??? POOR SERVICE ON TODAY!!!!

Every time I use the app to order I have to notify them inside that I am there. We get our food quicker by ordering when we get there.

We ordered milk shake and slush, they were both delicious. Cashier was polite and friendly.

Stopped at Sonic on Bert knouns and Lindwood and they was out of onion rings and the person that took our order was unprofessional.

While I understand it is nearly impossible to make a burger look like the pics presented in Sonic's ads, you can still get close to that look.  My husband and I ate at this Sonic the Sonic at Linwood and Bert Kouns Ind. Loop.  I was highly disappointed that my burger turned out so pitiful looking.   My hubby's food was not "all that" either.  And to top it off, the Sonic app for this particular store, was temp unavailable, which meant I had to pay full price for the featured burger.  I may not go BACK to this Sonic location after ALL of this unnecessary stress.

If I could give this place NO stars, I would. Charged my card 15 mins and still waiting, pressed the button and they forgot they had our order. Came out with our order and missed 1 drink and 2 shakes one wasn’t even the shake we ordered and they didn’t care. Brought our shakes  completely runny and STILL missing our 1 drink. The drink that we were missing was for our child’s meal, that had MAYBE 10 fries in it. Employees were coming out left and right with their food for break though. Extremely disappointed in how this place is run. We will never be back.

Sonic has a great drink/ice cream menu. Burgers are ok.Food: 2/5
