The employees were very nice and offered great service. The lobby and bathroom were clean. The food was hot and fresh, especially the fries. I was served by miss Tay.Food: 5/5
I hate that I had to rate even one star because this place doesn’t even deserve that. My husband and I went through the drive thru at this location and they had gotten my order wrong so we told the lady at the window and she immediately started cussing us. The manager has told us to pull around front while they correct it and they would bring it out. The lady that was cussing us brought out the corrected order. We told her tank you have a nice day and she should be a little nicer. As we were backing up she walked up and hit the front of my husbands truck and then proceeded to take her headset off and threw it, hitting my husbands truck for a second time. I called corporate weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back from anyone. I guess this place is okay with their employees acting like complete neanderthals. That is no way to represent any business. We’ll never go back.
The Manager I assume, with brown and black 9/9crochets and crooked teeth was very rude and disrespectful yesterday. She talked to me with an attitude and had a problem when I continued to add more food to my order, you could tell she was mad by her tone. She even talked to the workers rudely and disrespectfully to be an adult. I advice the head manager to either fire her or talk to her about that because that’s why they’re loosing customers, the managers think they’re on such a high pedestal to where she can talk to the customers with no respect. Tell her brush her teeth before coming in cause that smell will run off customers too. The store also smells very sour and made me sick to my stomach. Well now I thought after my last visit this burger9 king would’ve gotten their act together but they didn’t. Friday of last week I came there and there was a woman with braids in a bun with crust around her very dark lips like she’s been smoking forever. That’s besides the point the woman had a very nasty attitude. I think the girl with the brown braids and a wide gap called her toya but the workers there on that night had very nasty attitudes. They were standing around not working on there phone. I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby just for a chicken sandwich which was still made wrong. At a certain point the girls with went and sat in the lobby. It was also very sour smelling in the store and there were gnats everywhere. I wondered how were they still open but anyways I want to get in contact with the people over them cause the management is horrible.
Will not be back. The restaurant was filthy. Ketchup dispenser broken, almost every choice of soda was unavailable. Tables were gross. Food was under par. The one employee that I saw was not friendly at all.Food: 1/5
Awful experience, went through for chicken nuggets and milk shakes, and they stood at the door with the food until I got out to get it, and I went through the drive-through but made me pull around. Poor service, management needs to get a handle on the night shift.
what can I say about burger King that hasn't been already said? it's the King of burgers, it literally says so in the name. this location was just like all the rest, u got burgers, fries, nuggets and shakes. overall a decent place to eat, order was wrong but u can't have everything.
I am giving this review because I just went through this burger king and I was very unsatisfied. I ordered the new whopper melt and as soon as I got it I parked and went to eat. I pulled it out of the bag and unwrapped it and it was not warm, everything on it looked old, and it overall just looked unappetizing. I went in since I just bought it and told them what happened. They did refund me and their customer service was very good. I just want to give this review to warn other costumers about what they might receive and, to tell the employees to make sure their food is hot and fresh to keep their costumers happy.
The order was wrong, they were not nice at all and the food was cold. They only had one job and every aspect was a failure.
Terribly managed. Coke machine was out. No ketchup and workers did not care.
My fish sandwich was so burnt I couldn't eat I was not satisfied at all and I number that they have you call don't work
