I love Red Lobster but this location is my new favorite! It's newer & very nice inside. They were short staffed & its popular so there was a wait. But so worth it! The food was delicious! I think my server's name was Sammantha, she was just so lovely, cheerful, efficient & helpful!
It was my 1st time going to Red Lobster and while the food was good, the hour and a half wait time for food was weird since there were barely any people. We had 10 people in our group so taking a little longer is expected and trying to get everyone their order out together makes sense but it just seems like a bit much. The staff was super kind and helpful and I would definitely return because other than the wait tine, it was great.
We had a quiet Sunday night dinner. It was not very crowded. Service was good. Most entrees were just north of $20. We both had combination plates that featured big servings. The grilled wild caught flounder lacked taste, but the scallops and shrimp were excellent.
We had a large party for a special occasion, and were seated right away. Our waitress Sharon and the kitchen staff delivered our orders with perfection. Everything was amazing, and am looking forward to visiting again soon!Food: 5/5
I had not been to a Red Lobster in quite awhile before last Sunday, now I remember why. At best food was average and a little exspensive for the quality received. Service was not the issue The kitchen was the problem. Slow, and foods were served at inappropriate times, sides apps, then main course.. I'll try again in the 2030's
The food was what kept us. Our server was not on her game last night…. We sat down and when our 7th person had to sit on the isle while the rest was sitting in the booth was frustrating… when I mentioned the issue our server became defensive and said rudely how that was something we needed to speak with the front about. Now when a table sits down, if they are not comfortable, why not ask if they would like to move where they would be? Common sense or courtesy, either way, the attitude rubbed me wrong and that set the entire mood… we had no silverware for the longest time, and my husband walked to another table to retrieve that! It truly felt as if the server couldn’t handle a 7 top. We got endless shrimp and to ask for it was like pulling nails. I’ve never felt so disappointed in an establishment. The manager was at the bar a lot and had an issue with another server. It was quite slow but we still had only received one refill to our drinks. My mother in law asked for a small container to go, the server told her how endless shrimp wasn’t something they allow to go but she would this time… I understand and agree with that statement, but if she our server would have paid attention, she would have noticed our mother got sick at the table and left to go to the restroom to clean up…. She would have noticed the napkins shoved in the cup.. or the big pile of them on the table. So very disappointed in Red Lobster. The only reason that I gave two stars was for the food. It tasted good! I’m not the one to not tip…. Before anything gets twisted… she did get a 20% tip bc I’ve been in this industry for 20 years or so… she has bills too, I get it…. But don’t take your attitude out on the customers. If a manager would have just touched base with us… there were other things wrong but these were the issues that stood out.
If you want seafood in Winchester I advise you to go to red lobster. This place is fireeeee and always taste fresh. Biscuits go so crazy though if you can I recommend eating them and then taking some home for later!!!Recommended dishesFish and Chips, Wild-Caught Snow Crab Legs, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli & Mashed Potatoes
I always love Red Lobster. This time my lobster tail was tiny and overdone. For a $38 meal, you would think they had better tails than one that was so small that I finished it in 3 bites. Next time I will say something.Food: 3/5
Excellent experience. They have good food and very fair prices for seafood. They will even let a kid look up close and personal say one of the lobsters from the tank.Food: 5/5
First time at this restaurant….the table was dirty. ….the food is good but at the end the server made it so obvious didn’t like the tip, and she almost kicks us out the table. Tips are optional not mandatory….
