I did not have a great experience. The restaurant was dirty, including the table and bathroom. There was also a bug in my drink. The wings were wayyy overcooked. The burger was surprisingly tasty, though. Even with that, we won’t be returning.

Josh our server had the best! He always had our drinks filled, made sure we had everything we needed and he had the best smile the entire time he was working! This made for a wonderful experience!Food: 5/5

This was our favorite place to go on Tuesdays when it was BOGO wings. Ordered to-go on their new buy one get one half off and was really shocked at the price still... Over a dollar per wing!? Wouldnt have been bad if they were fresh. The kids running the front did not know what they were doing. I was charged 3.66 for a KIDS apple juice. Given one bag of carrots for 30 wings. Bad experience all together. Will be my last.

What an obnoxious establishment! Used to go there a lot, but the service and quality kept going downhill, finally said that’s enough and stopped going. Decided to go there again…not a good idea. The issue is from the moment you walk in the door, you are immersed in overwhelming loud, obnoxious sound from one of the many screens situated around. The place is now just another “sports bar” with wall to wall big screens completely surrounding the place. We went to the bar area, as this used to be fun to hang out, watch one of the screens if you were a sports fan sans volume with closed captions, maybe have some wings, play one of the networked games, etc. however now, as we waited to be served, we were blasted with the sound from one of the channels. It was so loud we had to raise our voices even to hear each other across the table. After a minute or two realized this was not what we wanted, and decided to just go back out front, and order some wings to go. Unfortunately the loud volume is just high there and throughout the entire restaurant, so after waiting over 5 minutes for someone to take our order, we just gave up and left. Have to temper my review a bit as it is obvious BWW caters to the hearing impaired…that’s great! However for the average customer, no thanks, we can watch TV at home…with much lower volume. Needless to say, not a good idea to have ever gone back. Look through the other reviews and you will find the same noise complaints from others, and nothing has been done. Obviously BWW thinks loud blaring TV for everyone in the place is the way to go. Would I go there again…no Would I recommend…no well unless you are hearing impaired

BWW is my wife and I's guilty pleasure. The traditional wings are awesome, the nachos are great, the fries are amazing and the street tacos hit the spot if they toast the shells enough!Food: 5/5

Went to the location in Winchester VA. My daughter and I got the spicy Buffalo Chicken sandwiche, it had the just the right amount of spice we also had wings sorry for no pictures of them but they were delicious as well as the drink. We did have to wait 20 minutes for a table but I figured it was cause we went on a Friday night.
