Well its May 29 2018, eversince the new management office took over, harbor group management took over it got worse, new rulea that enforce the next day, not enough  notice time, cars are towed and no parking permits are issued after 4 months of waiting for the permits, last minute notice when the pest exterminator is coming, rude personal at the office... hopefully soon they change this ugly way of doing business. ..

We have been here for a year and I love the apartment but I hate that every time I go to the rental office there is a different face it is never any consistency in the rental office. And for some reason we always have a balance rent is one price and even when we pay over we always have a balance. And rent is going up again for our little one bedroom apartment. so over everything. And when you call they are always busy and never answer the phones. SMH  
But my number one complaint is from today when maintenance visited my apartment 11/7/2017 around 2:50 pm to change the vent filter and check the smoke detector. He knocked on the door I did not answer, he then comes into the apartment sees me and my child sitting on the couch backs up leave’s my front door open and says can I come in? I tell him that he already came in and he is letting cold air into my apartment. He does his work leaves back out and leaves my front door open again letting cold air into my apartment while I have my child sitting in the living room. When he is finished he shuts the door but does not lock the door behind him. If you used your key to unlock the door to my apartment you should use your key to lock it back as well.  I will be calling tomorrow to complain with management.

I don’t even know where to begin with this place! Mold Issue! Ongoing and ongoing. Tired of asking them fix it after they said it’s fixed! It keeps happening! Mice! The only way they can probably get rid of them is knocking the buildings down! Disgusting. No matter how clean you are and leave your place they still come out! Staff! Always rude. Service requests takes days sometimes even weeks!  And now pay for parking at your own home! DO NOT LOOK HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE 99% OF THE RESIDENTS!!!

If you want to spend even an hour at night looking for a parking space,Then you are on the right place.I have been living here for 2 years now and i work at night so if i say The parking struggle is real,then Believe me.i barely park my car around the builiding ,so every morning i will have to walk with my kids to go get the car,only weekends night that you will be able to park infront or around the builing.IT IS FRUSTRATING 😠😠😠,They need to have parking permits for residents,since outside people come and park their cars for days and nobody cares but when a resident who pays rent to live in this area will be given a sticky warning when they park on a wrong space,but some days what can the resident do?Coming home frm work very tired and after searching for parking for 30mins finally you decide to park at a handicap space since its always free..only to be given a sticky green warning that you will have to spend hours to take out .This problem is 356 days a year it never gets better

You do not control the water bill.we went for vacation for a month and came back to a bill of $100 and when we called to asked we were told that the water bill is shared on the building,so whether you used the utility or not you will still have to pay your WATER BILL.Be aware.

Rodent/mousse..They will never go away no matter what,and worse part we have small kids so its always a struggle to deal with them.Thanks to Peppermint spray and oil from amazon,we dont see them a lot anymore in our apartment.
