I honestly could not be more disappointed with this "management" group. We were told in February that we needed to register our cars for parking, yet almost four months later, we still have not been given passes. Service requests take up to a week to complete, that's if they show up at all. The police are in and out of our complex at least dozen times a day. The staff in the leasing office only seem to be able to give you the answer of "I don't know" or "I'm not in charge of that" anytime you ask them something. Also, pool season is here and because of poor planning by the person in charge, the community has not been given passes to enjoy something that we pay for. I'm honestly embarrassed to say that I live here.

I have lived here for about one year and a half and I can definitely say that this is such a horrible to live. When something needs to be fixed in our unit, sometimes we do not get an answer from the office, when they do answer sometimes- scratch that most of the time they are rude when we place our concern. there is probably 2 people in that office that truly have the desire to help the residents of the community. THEY NEVER COME WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED. we pay our rent on time, never late and its not that we keep our unit in bad condition, there are things that they just refuse not to come see even though we have called so many times, its ridiculous . We have young children and they need to be in a safe and clean enviornment. THIS NEW MANAGEMENT does not care about the community. our stairwells always smell like urine there is always trash on the grass in the stairwells. it is awful. do not choose this community to live in.

I have been living here 6 years, not because I have wanted to, but because of lack of income to move elsewhere. We have never known a time without mice despite all the different traps we set out ouselves. Now we have bedbug and roach infestaion.
The topping on the cake though was that our washing machine broke, and though I called repeatedly, nobody came out and checked it until over a week later and then said they would come back and never have. I have 3 kids and need a washing machine and to go without one for almost 3 weeks is ridiculous. 
DO NOT come to live here even though it's not expensive, it's not worth the headache.

This is honestly the nastiest place to live! We contacted them about mice many times and they promise to send maintenance/pest control to come and deal with the rat problem and they never show up! They don’t care that there are mice and roaches!!!

I would like to give millions of negative stars here ... I do not know where to start talking. I have been living here for more than a year and when I was here to make my application everything was great, wonderful and everyone was willing to help you with everything. but this changes from the first day that you are already installed here. parking spot so promised, only exists if you arrive at home until 6 o'clock in the afternoon, after that you will have to park in the office that is the only place with vacancies, imagine on rainy and winter days how horrible this is. We have a pickup truck from which the teenagers and kids who live around here are jumping on top, and when you complain they get mad at you. Two weeks ago we arrived at our house and again there were a lot of teenagers on top of our truck, but this time they forced the back window and were stealing the things inside. Now we are feeling insecure and intimidated by these same people. In our apartment has an infestation of rats that I have never seen before in my life, I see rats almost every day, I received my family visiting and they had to live with rats in my house (that is humiliating and shameful). we had a hard time eating food that rats had passed. This is ridiculous, you risk your health because of rats. We requested assistance several times but this has never solving, I was at home one day that they came and the only thing that they do is look if there are holes in your apartment. I'm tired of asking to solve the same problem. The same thing happens when something spoils in your apartment, it takes an eternity to tidy up, that's when they clean up ... My husband had to repair several things for himself because the condominium takes forever. I renewed my contract a few months ago because they said that they had a new procedure of detection and that they were going to fix our problems in the apartment. NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. Now, after going through all this, I want to stop, I can not take it all anymore. We decided to go to the office to leave, we want to break the contact and make a hit. The manager is hiding, you can never solve anything. They do not know how to give you any correct information, and they keep messing up so that we've been working for more than a week trying to solve this and so far nothing. Look at all the comments, which I did not do when I moved into these apartments, and NEVER go to this place. DO NOT PASS on for everything we are going through.
