Everything is clean and kept nice. This is the easiest way to visit the coast. We have come 3 years in a row. Each time we try a different condo and they have all been well stocked to feel like home away from home. The property amenities keep us from going elsewhere. Perfect pools and community events. Every year there are new things to enjoy. We love it.

We love staying in Cinnamon Shore! This was our third year.  #87 Family Tides was our home for 6 nights of vacation with our family. This house has 4 bedrooms and 1 bunk room. We would stay there again.

I went through this neighborhood.... this is absolutely amazing! It's so cute and looks so fun with pools and food trucks, bars, and workout areas. Ext. I would totally recommend to stay here

We were looking forward to staying at Cinnamon Shores but because of the Management Group who is running the establishment, we were sorely let down.  Everytime you called would go to voicemail. Might call you back. Nice house but it wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to wait, floors needs to be mopped, roaches crawling around in the house, trash in flower beds, trash in pond behind house, pool had sediment & plastic drink container lids floating in it.  The beach chairs looked like they had been around for years. Way to pricey for all the let downs. Definitely not the owner's fault but for sure the management group dropped the ball from beginning of stay to the end of the stay.

Southern Comfort - Roach infestation! 167 Bent Grass, Port Aransas, TX in Cinnamon Shore - Along with the roaches - no batteries in any TV remotes, no Wifi, no cable and the DVD player wasn't hooked up. The balcony couch was unusable. It was covered in mold and bird poop. The cushions looked like someone just threw a party and left them there. I left several messages on several different days for the management regarding a number of issues and they just simply were not returned. I finally went to the office and of course the manager was not in (she was never in when I called and wasn't there when I stopped by) I left a list of complaints and let them know my message was left 12 hours earlier with all of these same issues. We stayed a total of 5 days and I never once received a phone call from the manager with an "I'm so sorry you spent $5,000 and your experience wasn't what you hoped for, how could I make this better". To even get to the office staff you spend hours on hold and eventually you just leave a message and wait a return call. The roaches were horrible, I took a shower with one on the wall staring at me one night. Another afternoon the shower in the beautiful master bath clogged and roach parts started floating around me. I would spend the morning before the kids woke up cleaning up the half alive roaches (10+). My son would sit in the living room and try to kill them as they ran between the rugs in the living room. At night before I went to bed I would go around picking up all the rugs, towels and clothes off the floor and try to kill the roaches underneath them as they fled and to keep more from getting underneath them in the night. Of all the 4 to 5 TV's in the house, not 1 worked or had a working remote! They assured us they would bring a hotspot. They did two days later but it had no data and wasn't charged. It was useless. We go to Port A every summer and I have since I was a kid. There are a lot of places to stay. We did enjoy the beach but the home for what we paid was not ready to have renters staying in it at that price. The management did send over an exterminator on the last day we were there. We were not told they were coming he just showed up, so I know someone received my messages. The exterminator confirmed the house has a history of roaches as do a few on that street. Cinnamon Shore can do better as can the owners of this house. I will say a simple call and comps on rental equipment go really far in a situation such as this. When we checked out my husband once again spoke to the ladies upfront in the office. They assured him the manager of the owners association would call us to hear our complaints. That was 8/9/17 and Today is 8/14/17. We still have had no phone calls. I think they don't care as long as there homes get rented! As buyers however, we can choose to not rent #49 Southern Comfort. I wouldn't want you to have roaches running across your feet at night like I had. It was disgusting! You just never know where they are. There are cracks in the wood floor boards and they just hide. They are everywhere!
