Great stay. Good views. Very short walk to the beach. Canopies and chairs available if you get to the beach early enough. Very dark at night and a sky filled with stars. Very quiet. Beach is not crowded. We loved it and will go back again next year. Staff was friendly. Only issue is it could use a bit of updating. Beds were really comfortable. Place was clean. Our family gathers at Mustang Island every year for vacation and family reunion. My mother and my sister and her family come down from Oklahoma City, while others, including adult grandchildren, come in from cities around Texas. Sea Gull gives us a great place to enjoy the beach, visit, and try to destroy each other on the Scrabble board. The staff at Sea Gull are very friendly and helpful, and the condos are fantastic. Waking up to see the sun rise over the Gulf is wonderful. Sea Gull is not some 5-star resort with waiters and a concierge ready to obey every whim. No casinos, no trendy night club or restaurants. It is, however, a great place for normal families to have a great time. Enjoy the beach!

Best views of the ocean around! The entire back side of the condos have immaculate ocean views. To include the kitchen, main room and dining room (all have unobstructed views). Easy place to stay with kids! They even set up chairs and shade on the beach. Staying on the ocean is expensive but I have found these condos to be the best priced. The staff are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. The lobby, hallways, elevators, and condos are always well maintained and very clean. They have fresh coffee in the morning or lemonade and tea during the day (served in lobby). Clean outdoor showers and sprays to get the sand off before coming in from the beach so your condo stays sand free (important w kids). We won't stay anywhere else when in Port A.

Had a great stay here. Plenty of lounge chairs to choose from but you may need to bring shade at the beach. Not too far of a walk to beach. Good views if facing the ocean. Pool is nice, was heated when we went in May. Great place to stay overall.

Our family had such a nice time staying here. Our room was nice and the beach was right outside. Would definitely recommend.
