#14 had a moldy smell for the 4 day stay. All the appliances were definitely showing lots and lots of age and the white was yellow. The shutters no longer fit in some of the windows and the furniture was old. The downstairs double bunk beds are only suitable for small children but all beds had fitted sheets that lost the corner grip during sleep, leaving you on the bare mattress or the pad. The pillows are stained and pretty gross and covered with just the bed pillow cases. I'm happy I travel with my own pillows! The spices are very old, some I looked at expired in 2013-14. For 5 of us over the age of 14, ran out of towels and most of then were stained. Now, they did have beach towels, a canopy and a few beach chairs under the stairs. There were also some boogie boards in the garage. The decks and stairs are well maintained. We did not use the pool but saw lots who did. If you don't use flip flops you are sure to get stickers.

We just returned from renting unit #2. This unit had a fantastic view and beach very close to walk. The unit is starting to show lots of wear, pictures are nice on vrbo but deceiving. Frig wasnt cooling ice maker slow making, floors sandy, various doors broken, lots of house keeping issues, that we cleaned when arrived.

Great to go down there for a picnic with the family or just to go to relax! Great atmosphere! Unless the mosquitos are out!
