We love coming to Gulf Shores. In fact, it's something of an annual traditional weekend getaway for us. We've never been disappointed. The staff is responsive and friendly, the beach is literally yards away. Every condo has a balcony view of the beach. It's fantastic, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Management has poor communication and does not deliver what they promise on website. WiFi was not available for 5 days of our stay. We complained 4 times and finally got spotty WiFi. No apology or compensation for poor service. Back door didn't lock and wall sockets had too many extentions-fire hazard. Hot tub jets too hard. Good things were location and free beach chairs. 3 wash stations and private boardwalk!

Great location on the beach and great views from our condominium. The only improvement would be that the carpet was a little dingy in high traffic areas and noticeable wear on the furniture.

Condo was not clean and no towels on second day as promised. Will definitely find another place to stay next time.

7-11-16 If you want to wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise on the ocean...then this is the place to stay!  Staff was very friendly and professional. Condo #604 was beautiful and clean. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. :)) * Do wish they would proved chaise lounge chairs, but not a deal breaker!!!  Thumbs up all the way!!!!
