I am a widower, work 60+ hours/week, and just find it easier, and more cost efficient as strange as that may sound to eat my supper out. I am always looking for new places to eat. Prompted by a previous Google review, I checked this place out tonight. Unfortunately, nothing on the menu appealed to me tonight, and I didn't order, but I want to commend the staff for being attentive, friendly, and welcoming, especially the young man with glasses. They treated me as if I had placed a $1000 order. I will definitely return.
Love this place. Best wings in north Georgia SERIOUSLY they are always consistent, even though I no longer frequent that area for work, I still occasionally drive over an hr to order and they have never let me down. **Mind you I originally found out about this spot in 2013 BUSSIN
I've been going here since 2006. Yesterday was the first time I did not enjoy my meal. Everything was burned. My chicken strips had an old left out too long taste to them. Our server was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Hate to abandon a place that I tend to go to whenever I come through Cartersville but this was unacceptable.
Super Clean eatery. Bar side is nice & cool. Tvs, great beer selection. Fast friendly service. Menu prices are great. The chips are amazingly fresh. Salsa super good as well as the wings & my fave the chicken tacos. Great place to eat! Will definitely visit again.
My first time try food , this month I’ve ordered here 3x in two weeks pickup order, 20 pcs half lemon pepper wings & garlic parmesan.. super finger lick’n good! Will try teriyaki sauce wings next time.The customer service seem understaffed and busy on the weekends.
Got an order of wings 10-$8.35. Was kindly greeted when I walked in, service was prompt and food was hot and fresh. I got the ”honey barbecue hot” and it was perfect. Very simple layout perfect for casual dinning. Stop in and get you some!
The lemon pepper wings are very good but they are extremely proud of them at $25 for 20 wings. Minus a star for over priced.
Excellent!!Great service!! I'm just a little disappointed because we ordered 10 wing's a piece and 2 drinks costing over 30.00. I believe the prices have went up. I had been here before and really enjoyed it. And the price wasn't this high I know because we ordered the same thing. Just wanted to give a heads-up.
Food is BOMB. Food is 5 stars! I keep coming back bc the food is so good. I always get to-go though. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I always place my order over the phone & they seem annoyed. "Is that it?" After each item I say. I will tell you once I'm done placing my order.
I was given a menu and the female server brought my drink and asked what I wanted and I told her to give me a few minutes. The male server had tables beside me and he came to get my order, and I was asking about something on the menu and the female server came by and told him that was her table, and he left. She came out with a drink from the bar to one of her tables and she had to take it back, meanwhile, another customer came in and sat on the other side of the restaurant and my server took his order, but no one took my order, so I got up from the table and went to Los Arcos.
