This chipotle really disappointed me. The food was dry and lacked flavor. A couple of the sodas were out and informed them than proceeded to eat my meal. It was no big deal I can pick another drink but 45 min later the sodas were still out.
I was so excited Cartersville was getting a chipotle but the audacity these people had to serve this to me is ridiculous. Never again . Extra lettuce where good thing I didn’t order regular lettuce or it would have been non existent. 5 pieces of cold steak over 10$ for this yea run me my refund
Place is dirty! Floors and tables. Work area in back was dirty too. Floors hadn't been mopped in a long time. Didn't see an adult manager only young workers. Will not go back.
Stopped by this location today. We placed a mobile order for inside pickup. Arrived a few minutes early so we sat down at a table to wait. The young lady working the checkout Ella noticed us and came over and asked us if we were waiting on an order. She immediately went to check and returned with our order. Without her attentiveness, we may have waited for a long time for our food. She was very friendly and treated each customer the same way. Thanks for the great service and food!
Everything was so awesome! You must come over and try this Chipotle!! Staff and store was TOP NOTCH!!! Friendly, respectful and clean. First time coming to Chipotle, they sure made a lasting impression. Thank you and keep up the great work everyone at Chipotle.
The order was ready incorrectly over charged. I had to ask for more ingredients to be added! I’ve been to other locations expressed my concern it wasn’t full….!honestly would of been better off driving to Taco Bell! I refuse to pay $30 for 2 burritos half steak and half chicken with rice for lunch growing 13 yr olds boys l! Then charges me extra for the meal!!
Only 1 Star because i couldn't figure out how to give none. Steak was like cardboard and chips weren't even edible. Half the order was incorrect on top of the fact the lady at the window argued with us saying we didn't have an order at that location. It took us showing the order on the App before she attempted to find the food with an attitude. Have always loved this place but if this is the service to expect I will not be back.
Review would be 5 stars if it wasn't for a server who seem rushed and a bit overwhelmed not being in her station, having to fill in for someone but pretty much my food was slung into a bowl without much consideration for how that might mean to me the customer.. Even though it was only myself in line at the time, I felt rushed and very uncomfortable, so much so that I threw that oder way... yes I know it was a waste but I didn't not see anyone to give it too, so I headed back and was fortunate to be served by the employee, to whom I believe was supposed to be the server, he was wonderful and I appreciate him for saving my experience. God bless.
If you like dirty tables, floors and counters, this place is for you! All tables in dining room were filthy, just imagine a toddler smearing their food on each table, thats what it looked like. Service is terrible, the women behind the counters are rude and nasty. Poor guy on the grill was the only one doing work. It wasnt even busy, we were the only ones in there. Additionally, massive ice mountain at the fountain machine with stickiness all over. No Cola in either fountain, lemonades were not circulating, but rather sitting there with no movement…that is a bacteria trap waiting to happen. Chips are old from 2 days ago, stale and hard. Do not come here if you value your health or sanity. Will not return ever again.
$20.22 for 1 bowl with small drink for lunch! Steak was full of grizzle. Wanted more lettuce since I skipped rice & beans. Gave me 2 pieces more. Should be great quality steak for that price & at least a 1/2 cup lettuce! Never again.
