Would give it a 5 for food quality & great service but the wait for food was entirely too long. Hadn't been in a Hooters in years but friends wanted wings and it was close by. Was a Sunday afternoon and not too crowded. Lively- lots of chatter and variety of football games on TVs around the restaurant. Our waitress was great and dug up some paper menus for my friends who refuse to go digital. Worth noting- food items and pricing on old school menu not the same as digital. Not all options available and prices increased so if you use a paper menu be advised. Friends expected a $15 lunch for wings & fries and got bills closer to $25. Regardless, they paid it and devoured them. They have talked for a week about how delicious the wings were. I opted for a burger. The one I wanted didn't come dressed as on the menu paper anymore so I pivoted and built my own bacon cheddar burger. So delicious and juicy- made a complete mess which is the best kind of burger. Side of tots completed it and they were some of the best I've had and perfectly cooked. A good flow of people coming in and out the whole time, and the bar seating stayed full. Our only negative was the long wait for food to arrive at our table, but overall well worth the wait. We'll be back soon!
The location here is clean and most of the staff are really friendly and genuine. I have several waitresses here that have always gave great service. This is pretty different from some of the other location I have visited were they believe you should tip based off looks not service. I have rarely ever had a bad experience with the staff or the food. If I have ever encountered an issue the management staff have always taken good care to resolve the issue.
Hooters is a lively spot and deserving of its name. The waitresses are friendly and very pretty, and people appear to be having a “Cheers” type of experience here. I had the chicken wings. They were tasty, but a bit overcooked, so they were a little tough on the gums. But overall, Hooters is a good neighborhood bar.
the waitress we had was not attentive to the table and we had 7 guys we saw other girls that was serving their customers very well and they were deserving of a good tip ours wasnt. but because the boss was paying he paid a good tip to her plus the guys on the crew also left a generous amount because it was my birthday luncheon but she did not deserve it she barely came to the table i was wanting beers and another girl brought out some of our food that girl was the one that was serving her table very well. i only had one beer because our waitress was not on point not good she did not deserve the money she was given
Everytime I go with my family we get great service. The girls make you feel welcome and the wings are always big and delicious. The beer is always ice cold and refreshing and the games are always on TV. What more can you ask for?
Normally love their wings, but wouldn't recommend doing delivery of any kind. They have a pattern of giving incorrect orders and what appears to be whatever scraps they have sitting around. We got a combo of boneless and bone-in wings with curly fries. There were no fries and the bone-in wings were basically fried chicken with almost no seasoning. Second order was a chicken tenders with bone-in wings medium sauce and waffle fries. The bone-in wings had absolutely NO sauce, half the chicken tenders were actually little chicken nuggets looked like the bottom of the basket, and there were any 5 actual waffle fries and a small scattering of waffle fry crumbs that look like the bottom of the basket. Both orders were barely warm even though the delivery driver got here early. Thank goodness DoorDash does what they can to make it right to an extent, but dinner was a bust.
We called an order in and was told 15 minutes which when I got there is was ready! But when I made it home we noticed the majority of our fries were missing. I called back the restaurant the took our name and number and put us down for a free order of fries I understand accidents happen. We will see what happens next time
Great servers. They take care of you for sure. The cooks are on point too. Only thing is that their system will tell you that an online order is confirmed, but by the time you get there it will cancel on you.
Place was nice typical hooters. I had the shrimp tacos, they were good but the taco tortilla was very dry.
Always a great place for meeting up with friends to grab a couple of beers and some good bar food. Staff is always very friendly and we've always had prompt service
