This campground was really nice because it was away from the road and allowed kids to play without worrying about traffic. The sites are pretty close together but everyone seemed to be very nice including the staff. There's a beautiful farm that the kids take a hayride to, where they feed the animals. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because of the sites being a little too close. Also, the wifi was just okay.  Other than that there are no regrets. I would stay here again.

Nice campground. Some of the sites seem a little tight. Nothing like some of the parking lot campgrounds though. Cable reception was useless, but we don't go camping for TV. Some of the sewer hook up's need to be redone. Our sewer hook up was actually only a few feet from our neighbors awning. Good access to Little River. Overall thoughts on Little River Campground are good. We will definitely come back

I love this place. Tammy was so helpful in making sure we got a good spot! They had stuff for the kiddos this past weekend. Hayrides, rock painting and a community bonfire.  Such friendly staff and will to help all their customers when needed.  
We will be back. We didn't get a water front spot but it was a beautiful stay. :)   Two thumbs up!!!!!

Friendly camp hosts. They were very accommodating to our group. They ran extra hayride trips just to make sure we all got a turn. The location is nice and scenic. The kids played in the Little River for hours.

Great place for families to camp. Everyone is very friendly. There is not a lot of vehicle traffic coming and going by the campsites. You can go upstream and tube back to the campground or fish from several areas. Townsend has a great bike path along the main road that goes by the campground access road, so plenty of miles of bike riding available. We stayed 2 nights and had a bad storm come through, trees and limbs came down, but it was all cleaned up first thing the next morning. Lots more to tell you about, but I'll let you experience it for yourself. Happy camping!
