Is there a way to give them negative stars? Used to be one of my favorite stores but after today I don't think I'll be going back! I was denied service because I didn't have the proper ID and buy the proper ID they meant an American ID! I am Hispanic but I'm not an illegal immigrant! at the moment I did not have with me my state ID so I I pulled out my Mexican ID! there was still no reason why I should be denied  service!  If it's true what the girl said the management prohibits them from excepting ID's that are not the state of ID then Im really embarrassed for them! it must really suck to be that ignorant! I give them a   -5 ⭐️'S

Terrible place!!!! Will never ever go inside a claires store ever again!!! I will not be purchasing anything and will GLADLY LET ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND WILL PUBLICLY POST ON ALL TYPES OF SOCIAL MEDIAS WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE WORK HERE! THE CONPANY SHOULD REALLY CHECK WHO THEYVE HIRED!. Today A SALESPERSON ASK AN HISPANIC WOMAN IF SHE HAD AN ACTUAL AMERICAN I.D??? UMM ESCUSW ME?? DID I HEAR THAT CORRECTLY?? UMM YEAH I DID! AN AMERICAN I.D! NOT 1 FROM MEXICO! BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE HER THIS WORLD IS FULL OF HATE AND RACISM! she also said: what is that? That's not even a valid ID!!! ITS SO SAD TO SEE HOW IGNORANT AND RACIST PEOPLE ARE! SHE SHOULD BE WRITTEN UP BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THE WAY SHE SAID IT  WAS ALL NORMAL...I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE SHES TREATED THAT WAY! 
I WILL SAY THE YOUNG LADY  WHO WAS A VICTIM WAS REALLY CALM EVEN WHEN THE SALES LADY DIDNT WANT TO GIVE OUT HER NAME OR HER MANAGERS!

Please do not let your child get their ears pierced there. We had a horrific experience which resulted in 5 punctures for 2 earrings, which ended up not even being the earrings we selected but whatever ones were laying around. I'm so glad we insisted on having the spots marked because the woman even said the she did not need them, she was that good. Even with the 5 tries the backs were not on and fell off making another terrible experience putting them back on.
