If I could give this place negative points, I would. I went here because I needed my watch fixed. I had just been to another store within the mall to get my battery changed but they completely hacked my watch. They referred me to this new shop (seemed like they had their own little side deal going on) and I trusted that this place would be able to fix it. They said they could change my battery and fix the rough edges the first shop created when they took a screwdriver to my watch and it would look good as new. They sent me away for half an hour to fix it. When I came back, multiple parts of the back had been ground down. It looks terrible now. And the owners response to that was that no one looks at the back. Will never go back here. Don't let their words fool you! They have no idea what they're doing.

I've been coming to this store for about a year now, and I have enjoyed the services provided. This is the only store in Gurnee Mills that provides cheap battery replacement, and does so the same day (for most watches and most days). I have noticed that only bad reviews are left, and the manager is nice; he always tries to make the customers happy (I see how he talks to other customers as I wait for my watch). I wanted to leave this review to inform others that, just because a few bad reviews are left, it does not reflect the majority that NEVER post reviews; only bad reviews are ever left.
