Horrible place to buy jewlery from. Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone ever.

It's hard if not impossible to say anything that hasn't been said by other reviewers. My entire family is loving every piece of jewelry we own from them as a gift to each other or simple holiday buy!

Generally, jewelry has a certain price point, but I feel that Zfine's is the most competitive with other jewelers in the area that do not offer as high a level of personal service and attention to detail. We were shown items within our budget and never felt that we were being up-sold or pressured to buy something out of our stated price range.

My impression is that the staff(Valentina, Natasha and more) and owners(Alexandra and Emil)  at Zfine's is very much dedicated to excellent customer service- when we have had occasion to visit, they have treated us like friends and valued customers.

We have found that it is always a pleasure to stop into Zfine's at any time. Please do take the time to visit- I am sure you will be impressed as I am for 10 plus years they serve me!

Terrible rings! My husband bought my wedding ring and band from them.. I went to go get it cleaned not even a month later at Kay jeweler and they said I had 10 loose diamonds including my centerpiece! They fixed it for free but 2 weeks later I go to get it cleaned and looked at again at Kay and she said I STILL had loose diamonds. It is beyond ridiculous and irritating. I will not be wasting my time going back to see if they can "fix" it. I advise all hubby's to go else where.
