It can be difficult to get checked out quickly since this location is often short-staffed. However, there are deals to be had. There's always a sale or a coupon promotion multiple times each month or so and the final mark-downs often have hidden items at very low prices. 
So many customers outnumber the staff and the people who come through this mall do tend to trash the fitting rooms but the folks working here do their best to maintain the space. Be prepared to wait if you need assistance with men's shoes.
The folks at the Starbucks are fast & friendly, though 😉

WORST Macy's store i have ever been into, I only gave it 2 stars because i do like MAC cosmetic area the girls are very nice. Other then that everyone else is so rude worst customer service ever no registers managers are useless nobody knows how to use that ONE register that's open. This is why online shopping is taking over because of this useless rude costumer service personal.

Clean, organized, nice staff. Starbucks located inside the store. It's a little hard to find any open registers when the place is dead, other than that, it's a pleasant shopping experience.

So today i happened to just be wandering around the store. I overheard the cashier talking to a guest about a VIP presale. I asked Schineice to tell me more!!! I had no idea about this sale!! So...because of Schineice I purchased 3pairs of pants. Had she not told me about the sale I probably would have only gotten 1 pair. She has waited on me before in the past. Always with a smile & positive attitude. From now on i will seek her out at the Gurnee store. She also informed me that Macys will NOT be carrying Levis in womens. I was truly disappointed hearing thst. My experience there today was outstanding!! AND.... she informed me the sale will”drop” on the 18th so instead of coming back we could just ship(FOR FREE) so i didnt have to come back❤️👏🏻 I cant tell you how satisfied i was today. I say....GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE! Not her friend. Just a happy customer. Im hoping someone will pass this praise onto her.
