A lady that works there took stuff out of my friends hand being super rude saying “everything is buy 3 get 3 free” even though my friend was going to just buy that one little thing and then she tried calling security on us ,so we left.

Bought a phone case from here about 2 weeks ago. The design on the back is almost completely gone and its cracked in about 3 different places. I've gotten a phone case off of Ebay for $2 that lasted longer than this one.

I went to Clair'e to buy a gift on Sunday morning and waited for 20 minutes after the store opening time. Other stores in the Valley West Mall opened on time but no employees showed up at this location.  The front door never got unlocked.  It is sad when the employees fail to come to work.  Other customers walked up and looked at the locked front gate on the store and left.  Claire's lost business today.
