The pin holding the band to the face of my watch had broke. I wasn't sure if this could be fixed. I stopped in to Windsor clock and watch and they fixed it for free!! It was very kind of them and I'll definitely be going there from now on w all my watch needs

I had recently replaced a battery on my Skagen watch at another jewelry store.  The store and multiple others could not get their press to get the back on again on my watch.  The gentleman here was able to do it in minutes.  Very pleased with his customer service!

I have a few Citizen watches from this place that I really like. Great quality watch brand with the echo drive feature (no batteries required!) at a midrange price point. My favorite purchase from Windsor Clock and Watch, however, is my contemporary Grandfather Clock.  It is sleek and beautiful.  Love it!
