I was just in today to get my helix pierced and the staff did a superb job. It was very apparent from the beginning how important sterilization was. Jacob made sure I was comfortable and explained everything carefully and thoroughly. Their selection was huge and high quality. If I decide to get another piercing in the future I will definitely be coming back.

My experience was amazing. It was very professional and I was treated very well. All my questions were answered and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Rob did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable and was very meticulous about making sure everything was properly sanitized. Absolutely everything was grade A.

Rob Hill is one of the best! The selection and quality of the jewelry is top notch.  I can always find something within my price range.  Every time I go in, whether it's for a new piercing or a simple jewelry change, Rob has always shown professionalism and friendly customer service.   I always feel at ease with Rob knowing the experience will be safe in terms of a clean sterile environment as well as respect for my privacy.  He thorough as talks me through each step of the process and ensures I have the appropriate after care instructions.   Rob is truly a master at his craft!

I have several piercings from different shops around Des Moines and Prysm is far and away the best. I recently had my nose pierced here by Rob and could not be more happy with the results or experience! The selection of jewelry is excellent, so I was very indecisive. Rob gave me his honest opinion and I'm so happy I followed his advice. I was given a thorough explanation of the process and the aftercare. He was super speedy with the piercing too! Everything was very professional and the studio was incredibly sanitary. Highly recommended!

I just got my tongue pierced and I have to say that I was skeptical bc it was inside of a mall but I was very pleased. I was a walk in and it took less than 5 min to get me in and the staff made me feel very comfortable and as little pain as possible I would definitely recommend this place to anyone
