Received horrible service at both locations- Jordan Creek and Valley West. My fiancé and I wanted to return a ring at Jordan Creek. They rudely explained  they couldn’t do it, so we had to go to Valley West, where he had originally purchased the ring. Once we were at Valley West, the lady said the receipt looked weird, and the other lady working there kept saying it wasn’t a receipt from their store. There was an error on the receipt and they were implying it was our fault. It took them 30 minutes to finally return our ring and she refused to check the balance on my fiancé’s Zales card since we wanted to make sure they actually completed the return. We are super disappointed with the service and will never purchase another diamond from Zales.
