This is the place to take your car for any body repair work you might need. Clarkstown International Collision and the way to describe them is shier professionalism. Starting from the very clean lobby to their friendly and knowledgeable employees, you will receive the very best service and will be satisfied. This is my second time I am using them, both with insurance coverage, once I hit a pole on the company car needing extensive repair and body work, and recently when my car had been hit in the parking lot outside my job.
 Great Job guys keep it up.

My wife was in an accident on 12/22/17. She is ok that god. I dropped off my car on 12/29/17 at Clarkstown International Collision, Inc.a Geico approved location that they recommended me to go. As I was saying my car was dropped off on 12/29/17, it was supposed to be ready on 01/05/18. Throughout the week I checked repeatedly check the Geico portal to see the estimated time of completion. This remained 0 days for the period of time. I called Geico on Wednesday 01/03/18 to see where my car is up to. I spoke to the representative at Geico  who said that the car will be ready soon by the claim representative was unavailable at the time (completely understandable). She said she would send a message to him, and he will be back in touch later that day. I also sent a message that day through Geico. What I was getting nervous was that the representative said that my car rental was up on Friday and I would have to pay out of pocket for the remainder. On 01/04/18 I still have not heard back from my adjuster so I called him directly and after 4 hours of no calling being returned to me I finally called his supervisor and he said that he would take care of the rental, and the car should be ready on friday 01/05/18. He told me to wait for a call back. Today 01/09/18 I still have not got a call back so I called the claim adjuster again still no answer, I called the supervisor no answer, so I called Clarkstown International Collision, Inc. The administrative assistant told me that the car will be ready tomorrow 01/10/18. I said that this time I am just going to go down and pick up the car.

This place is great, they care about you and your damaged vehicle. My experience with this Clarkstown International Collison couldn't of went better. My car was restored back to its original condition, the paint job was flawless, blended perfectly. So perfect I'm sad it wasn't the entire car only the damaged side. I highly recommend this place. The car was even returned to me clean!!! Awesome customer service.  Luis up dated me on all the needed repairs.  Ohh and lets not forget Clarkstown International has a Enterprise Car rental on their property.  I was in and out with out down time.  Thank you once again

Recently had repair work done that wasn't to my satisfaction. Jorge took charge of the situation, and made sure EVERYTHING was 100% completed and corrected, even going above what wasn't included in my estimate. Excellent customer service, and attention to details!

Beyond happy!  A wonderful experience was had by BRUNO I BEAUTY CENTRE!  Excellent Customer Service!  Everyone was delightful and cordial.  Eric Leopold - Collision Consultant was not only kind, attentive , knowledgeable and very professional!        
We will definitely recommend you!
