I had a wonderful experience leasing with Joel. He worked diligently to guarantee I was able to leave the lot that night with a car. The staff was courteous, polite, and personable. They were also knowledgeable and able to take each and every concern and expectation into account to ensure I found the right Honda for me. Let's be honest, buying/leasing a car can be full of stress, exhaustion and overall confusing, but they were able to make every step of the way completely transparent and enjoyable. Thank you for a pleasantly easy and effortless experience to get me on the road with my new favorite car. I look forward to returning for another lease with the DCH Honda of Nanuet family.

Wellpppp...I can't complain. My car is in perfect order. Customer Service is excellence there. From the time you pull in , to the time you drive off. Great place to consider getting your car. Either leasing, buying, financing. Great service, they go above and beyond to make sure they provide excellent service. I am one happy customer if I do say so myself.

Ask for Joel G. He is polite, professional, honest and easy to work with. We had a great experience today at DCH Honda. We fell in love with Hondas and the dealership. Very clean, bright place, easy for our kids to play while we shopped.Looking forward to being Honda owners for a long time.

1/12/18: UPDATE - Since posting this review, Honda has reached out to me and rectified their mistakes. They were able to pick up my vehicle from my job, take it to the dealership, program the key, clean the interior, and give me three free oil changes. I appreciate the effort they have put in to right their wrongs. This place is horrendous! I will absolutely NEVER purchase/trade another vehicle in this dealership! Where should I begin? I went to trade in my vehicle on New Years Eve. I got there as soon as they opened, 11:00AM, and didn't leave until almost 7:00PM. I was dealing with a salesman named Victor, who looked to be in his mid to late 20's but with the salesman knowledge of a 16 year old. We went back and forth on the price, he low balled me at first but I finally got him to agree on a reasonable price. So after 5 hours of back and forth, we make the deal and he says he's taking the new car I purchased to be cleaned and detailed. After an hour of waiting, the car comes back and the outside looks great, but the inside does not! There are stains on the roof and visors! Then, I ask him for the second set of keys that supposed to come with CPO Honda Vehicles. He told me he didn't have it and that I would have to wait for the following Tuesday to come and pick it up. I called him Tuesday morning to see when I could come in and he told me the tech that does it has already left for the day but that he would call me back the following Tuesday to let me know when I can come in. The following Tuesday came and I waited until about noon, then I called him to ask him what time I could come in. He told me he forgot to ask the tech and once again he left! But, this time he also added that when I was there to purchase the car originally I forgot to sign paper work indicating that the dealership could take possession of the vehicle I was trading in. So not only is this a second week going without a spare key, but now you're rude enough to blame me for not filling out paperwork that was never given to me?! I told him a day I would be able to get there and he informed me I needed to sign these papers as soon as possible but refused to fax them to me. So, we agreed on a day and time I could come in to sign them. So, the day comes and I leave work early to get there and low and behold not only was the salesman, WHO INSTRUCTED ME TO COME IN ON THIS DAY, not in, but also, HE DOESN'T WORK ON THESE DAYS! At this point I had enough and asked to speak with a manager. The manager came over and was apologetic. I told him all my complaints and said he would make the key for me now instead of waiting. He said it would only take 15 minutes. So, i'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and an hour goes by and finally the manager comes out to tell me that the machine isn't working properly at this time. I was waiting for an hour and nothing to show for it. I still don't have my key and need to go back next Tuesday. Hopefully, this will be resolved!

I bought a used car from this dealer. At first everything seemed okay, but within a few days I heard this horrible noise coming from the engine. I took it to my garage and he said the car was not safe to drive. His words. So, I took it back to the Honda dealer, with the printout I received from the local mechanic. I was very upset and anxious. I had just been in a car accident which prompted the need for a vehicle. All I wanted was to know that I was going to be safe in the car that I had just bought. After reviewing the situation, the service dept fixed the problem at no charge. The car had to remain until the next day, so they arranged a ride for me to get home and pick me back up the next day. While I was there, I was kept up to date on the progress. I thank them for fixing the issue, and I've been offered 3 free oil changes on top of that.
