John Yantsos, the body shop manager and his team provided exceptional professional service, even going out to their way to accommodate my repair into their busy schedule. He quoted reasonable rates and worked with the paying party without any lapse to complete the job on time. John, is very courteous and thorough making sure the job is done to my satisfaction. The car was done beautifully and kept clean for me on pickup.  Thank you , John & GMC Grand Prize for the excellent workmanship and for putting me at ease. Great Job!! We had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:30am and were asked when we needed our car back.  We said, “By mid- afternoon, 3pm at the latest.”  The service rep said he would put us down for 2pm so there would be no problems. Well, 3pm came and went and we called to check on our cars availability.  We were told that our car had not even been serviced at all yet.  This, we had to juggle our plans and picked the car much later than anticipated.  Since we had an appointment, we contend that we should not have been inconvenienced in such a way.  On the bright side, the car was well- serviced and the staff was nice.

I’ve been purchasing vehicles from Grand Prize for many years now. They’ve always provided me with excellent quality & service. Recently, I purchased a new vehicle for my wife and had the pleasure of meeting the new Manager, Solomon Faizi.  He is a true gentleman and professional.  We were overly pleased with how he treated us and how he took the time to make sure our purchasing process was progressing smoothly. It’s individuals like Solomon and his well trained staff that will ensure I remain a Grand Prize customer for many more years to come.

As always, the Grand Prize Staff goes above and beyond. This visit Frank was my Service Advisor. He got me checked in, kept me apprised of my vehicle's progress, and made sure I was out in a timely manner. I say it every time, these guys are the absolute best. Their Service Staff is incomparable! Their Service Director, Tony Circelli, and all the management team, are all top notch leaders and managers. I've dealt with quite a few dealerships in my time both personally, and professionally, and I'm not exaggerating when I say these guys are the absolute BEST!

Always have a great experience.  James Kobernick always has a friendly greeting when entering the service department.  Everyone tries their best to get my vehicle in and out of the shop as soon as possible.
