Nine months ago I met Tony Celeste in regards to a low mileage 2005 CRV  this dealership had listed on their site.  I unfortunately l left  without buying this pristine 40K mile CRV, and when I called the next day, Tony informed me it was sold.  I had my heart set on making an offer on this car.  Tony offered other CRV's but I wanted this particular model with low miles.   Well 9 months later Tony calls me informing me he has a 2006 CRV with only 27,500 miles in great condition...I was amazed, " WHAT CAR SALESPERSON DOES THIS?"    I never expected a call back!! Well he was right, and I left with this CRV.  Tony was a pleasure to deal with.

Went here today with intent on purchasing a new Honda Pilot.  The salesman seemed annoyed to be dealing with me from the very start, let's call him "Irwin."  I requested a test drive and when we got to the car "Irwin" had to take a phone call from another customer.  Really? Are you trying to sell me this car today?  Test drive went well, he was somewhat pleasant.  So, before we discussed pricing on the new car, I requested a value for my trade in.  After about 30 minutes, not sure what the heck took so long.  "Irwin" came and told me $4000 to $4500 for the trade.  Now, this wouldn't be so bad, but yesterday I got an email from this dealer with a link to their 'black book' trade in values which estimated my car from  $6800 to $8500!  Mind you the car is in excellent condition. I felt the old bait and switch happening.  I told him no deal and I requested my keys back so I could leave.  So what does the S.O.B do?  He gets up and walks down the hall to the sales manager's office, telling him that I was being 'pissy'.  So, I spoke with the sales manager for a bit about the low price and all. To be completely fair he was very professional.  I purchased a new mini-van from this dealership not that long ago and I reminded them I was a returning customer. They didn't seem impressed with my loyalty. I am specifically NOT buying my new Pilot here because of mister sour grapes...what do think of them apples...Irwin?
