Very glad to be writing the 100th review for a very well run establishment. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Ramos at Schultz Ford/Lincoln 2 months ago and I must say that I was extremely pleased with the way they treated me. I was informed by Mr. Ramos during our conversation when I mentioned they had great reviews on google that they were No.1 in the country when it comes to Ford dealerships. I am not surprised because from my brief moment there, I could see that everyone from the managers offices to the employee working in the mechanic shop was extremely nice and polite. You can have the world's greatest anything in the world, but if they don't have good customer service , you are in for a bad ride. Thankfully , by the grace of God, this dealership has got it. I just wanted to say that if you are ever in the market for a new vehicle and you require excellent customer service, this is the exact dealership for you. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Today my wife and I took a sync class at Schultz Ford, it was great. We've leased and owned quite a few mercury and Lincoln's and they have just done a great job. 
It was extremely helpful, thanks "G" for a job well done.

Scheduled an appointment for a 20k mile service on my mustang GT. It's basically just an oil change and multipoint inspection. Waited all day got no call so called them only to find out car hasn't been touched. Told me they'll call me back between 2-3pm. Didn't receive any call until 4:45 pm only because I had to have one of my friends who was an employee reach out to them. Tell me my car is fine, then I put my car up on a lift at home to find out there is a massive bubble on the inside of the tire. Apparently the multipoint inspection that is supposed to CHECK TIRES must have missed the massive bubble on the inside.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first car with Gina! I was intimidated by the process, but Gina made me feel extremely comfortable. She took the time and  consideration to help me find the best car for my needs. Gina even made the paperwork enjoyable! Matt was also extremely helpful and pleasant as well!
