I recently purchased my new 2018 Jeep Compass. After visiting two different Jeep dealerships, Rockland Jeep gave me the best price. I am very happy with their costumer service. Jay took the time to listen to exactly what features I wanted, what was important to me, and worked with my budget. He was very patient and understanding. I have leased 2 Jeep Compasses within the last 6 years and this Jeep is by far my favorite!

From start to finish Christopher Gunst and Andrea (sorry if I misspelled name) were very professional and helpful! They really went out of their way to accommodate us with our purchase. This is my first Jeep Wrangler purchase and they made it easy and seamless. Chris is a go to guy for Jeeps; extremely informative and helpful. Overall, a great experience! Thanks again all - Tyrone

BEWARE!!! This dealership sold me a New Jeep Cherokee that has water leaking INSIDE the car since i bought it. At this time without going into all the details of what I'm going through I want the public to know if you buy a car from them and have a problem you will be told "we didn't make the car". Ya they sold me a product that is very defective! Multiple trips, calls, tries to find leaks and causes more damage and the car stinks from mold and mildew. I just want a new car that isn't defective and damaged for my money. Good god can't believe I have to give them even one star to post review. I'm going to investigate other avenues for help like Help me Howard on channel 11, FIOS news, BBB and consumer protection. In response to your response- There has been NO continuous communications from you! I have had to drive there twice since you have had the car going into four weeks now because you DON'T call back! This is the second time the car is back there for the water inside the car and Gary stated to me last week that they had fixed the leak the second time and found another leak so as of now its still not fixed. As far as the loaner car-Its killing my back because the seat can't be adjusted for comfort, I really don't like the looks of it or the performance of it. Huge differences from what I'm paying to drive minus the mold smell. I'm in touch with the Attorney General of N.Y.

They went above and beyond to get me and my fiancée out perfect cars. They helped me get out of my lease I was running out of miles and they helped her get out of her old car and got us really good prices for really great new cars and were patient with us the whole time and professional. If anyone asks me where to go for a car I automatically send them to RCJD without thinking. Been buying cars from them for years. They are the best and most importantly Honest (which is not so common place other places)

This review is for Chris. I went to a couple of dealers prior to and none of them were willing to work with me to get to something in my budget. Chris helped me get the wrangler I wanted at a great price without wasting my time by going through lengthy negotiations. Chris was a pleasure to work with and was extremely knowledgable about the Jeeps. The sales managers were also very nice and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Chris and this dealership!
