I went for my first time because of the five star reviews. I wasn't expecting it to be much better than any car repair place, however, I was quickly impressed by their costumer service  - they were very friendly and professional on the phone and in person, and did a great job patiently and thoroughly explaining the issues with my car. I felt like pricing was very reasonable and the service was super fast. I especially loved how clean their location was and how sharp and nice the employees were that took care of us. They also have complimentary drinks while you are waiting. It’s definitely the type of quality I hope for but hadn’t seen until I happened upon Clegg. It’s my go-to car repair and I recommend it to friends and family all the time.

These guys take great care of me. They are always friendly. The service is top notch. They will make sure the do the job right. They are fast. They communicate well. The prices are competitive. I could go on. I appreciate our relationship.

Clegg Auto in Provo is beyond impressive. Morgan is one incredible manager who goes out of his way to help any way he can. He takes the time to answer everyone's questions, look up how many miles your next trip is to see if you need an oil change before you leave, helps you search through your coupons for a discount, gives a fair and reasonable estimate on the work that needs to be done, and explains the work that needs to be done in an educated, transparent, and respectful manner. This kind of customer care will bring me back over and over again and I have already referred others to them. I can't forget to mention that their prices were better than other places and they stuck to that estimate once the work was complete. The work was done extremely quickly, as well. They are truly a breath of fresh air in the auto repair world and I am happy and relieved to have found them.

I live 20 miles away from Clegg and still go there because I feel safe every time I bring a car in. They could have easily taken advantage of me when I brought in my car this time around but gave me their honest opinions about the right course of action. I really appreciate having an honest mechanic to turn to. Keep up the great work!

Clegg auto for the win!  I've taken our cars here several times now and have always been impressed. Most recently they diagnosed a noise that was coming from my exhaust system, and rather than tell me that a part needed to be replaced they recommend a great muffler mechanic to see if they might be able to weld it, rather than replace it.  In the end we found it the issue was covered under warranty, so Clegg helped save us a bunch of money!
