This is a great company, owned and operated by wonderful people.   Unfortunately we had 3 incidents where our cars were damaged in the same month.  They repaired each car perfectly, on time and on budget.  From the moment we called them from when we picked the cars up the staff was polite and professional.  They kept me up to date with the progress and detailed the cars when we picked them up.  It is so nice to see a great company in our community, run by great people.  I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service, great people at this location! My vehicle came in for a front fender and light repair, and was completed within the week. No complications, no other issues from my vehicle or from any noticed other issues. Very happy with their work and would love to (and hope not, cause I'd be in an accident) do service with Martins Collision again!

My car was washed as well, cleaned lightly on the inside, and had the wheels shined, without me even asking for it. I'm very very pleased with the hard workers inside Martins Collision. My vehicle looks like it never even had that fender bender (literally in this case) at all. Blended well into existing paint, and buffed to perfection.

Martin's Collision was wonderful to work with!! Jacque was helpful and answered all my questions. Devin did a great job of communicating the progress on the car and finalizing all the details. My car was even fixed before the quoted timeline which was so helpful!! They happily made special arrangements for me to pick it up after hours. When we got the car, it was beautiful and the repairs are perfect. On top of it all and very unexpected, they cleaned my car and made it look good inside and out. Thank you for a wonderful experience and you'll have my business from here on out!!

Martins Collision Repair was very easy to work with and very accommodating.  Everyone that I came in contact with were vary friendly and helpful.  They did a beautiful job on my repair. They also detailed the exterior and the interior of my car before I picked it up. They also facilitated me acquiring a rental car. This is not the first time I have used Martins and it won’t be the last.

Tried other places, but my experience at Martins has been that they demonstrate professionalism, they are thorough to make sure the job is done correctly, they avoid 2nd hand parts and try to always use OEM or new parts, depending on what your insurance covers.  They really try to accommodate any special requests and have been easy to work with.  They proactively give you status updates. They finish when they say they will.  
Job done right. I was hesitant initially to use them due to their very nice reception area, I don’t care how elaborate the reception area is, I value competence, expertise and price.  But my experience with other places is they always give you the impression that they are trying to fit you in, and use the cheapest parts they can find.The auto body shop is not a place you want to frequent, but in the future I recommend Martins.
