I had my car towed to Larsen’s after hearing good things about them. Larsen’s told me they were pretty busy and didn’t know if they would be able to get my car in for a few days. They got to it the day after I dropped it off and finished it the next morning. I only had to be without my car 1 full day.  I am so impressed with the service I received from Larsen’s! Awesome customer service and very reasonably priced. Will continue bringing my car here in the future and recommend to family and friends. Thanks Larsen’s, wish I found you sooner.

very friendly helpful staff. I took my car in because i thought i might have had a problem and they looked it over and gave me some advice but said that there was nothing that needed attention. most other places would have found something to "fix" just to get the bill. my father also goes there and referred me to them. they are full of integrity and honesty.

They're really great.  The lady at the front desk is very patient explains everything very thoroughly and simply.  They're cheaper than other places I've been to and are faster than the amount of time usually initially quote you.

The staff was extremely respectful and helpful. I could tell that they were on my side and genuinely cared about me getting the best deal possible in my situation. They ordered a part for my car and discovered that my car needed a slightly different format.. The new part was significantly expensive, but they offered to pay for the difference rather than charging me! I guarantee 90% of auto repair shops would have charged me more. I'll be coming back here for sure!

They've always treated me well. Last time I went in for safety and emissions. When I went to pay for it, she told me about they couldn't do the emissions and in the same breath told me how they would make up for it, which was beyond fair.   The lot is overcrowded and the shop is kinda old and dirty, but I don't care. From the way they've treated me and how ive seen them treat others, I believe they are an honest shop who take care of their customers.
