I have had only great experiences with Pep Boys! When I went in to get new windshield wipers and headlights I was greeted with cheerful, friendly and professional service. Nelson and Will were so great! They helped me to find exactly what was best for my car and my budget, and they went above and beyond by helping me get everything installed. I would recommend going to them for any car needs as they have great staff and fair prices.

Took my car in a couple months ago. Costco had told me they wouldn't repair the tire. They said I needed a new wheel. Went to Pep Boys prepared to buy a new tire. When I returned they said they patched the leak and I didn't need a new tire. I was so grateful. Excellent service, honest guys I don't think I'll go anywhere else unless they tell me to. Shout out to Richard and his team. I went recently for an oil change, that went good too and the price was one of the most inexpensive that I know of.

I'm always nervous getting car repairs, because I don't know how to tell if I'm getting ripped off. But Richard was friendly, helpful, and genuine. He gave me multiple payment options and he was able to use less expensive parts. When one of the services they planned on doing wasn't necessary, they didn't do it. The final cost was $100 cheaper than  the original estimate. It did take longer than he said it would, but he kept me updated on the progress. Overall, it was a quality experience and I plan on going back for future repairs.

I found out last night that my headlight was out. I knew from previous experience that the headlight could be tricky but I didn't know how I was going to fix it. My sister recommended Pep Boys. I was able to register online for my appointment. All I had to do was show up and tell them what I needed. It was great! It did take over an hour, though, so I didn't give it a five. The other cool thing was I had asked them to install my windshield wipers and check my CV shaft. They took the time to show me under the car what was happening. I definitely recommend them for headlight replacement and second opinions.

I popped a tire by hitting a curb. I called and told them my situation, and they got me in and out within the hour. Very helpful. Im not sure if the going rate was $119.60 for a new tire, balancing, and labor, but I was happy to pay so that it was done quickly. Thanks guys!
