Steve's company did a fantastic job. We just needed an oil change, and they made us feel very important. They did a thorough job going through our car and notified us of all the potential issues. However, they weren't sales-y and pushy trying to get us to buy things from them. Instead, they were very polite. When we got in our car to drive away, there was a bag of cookies with a note from Steve thanking us for coming in. Then a couple days later, we got a handwritten letter from Steve again thanking us for coming in. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Steve does a good job on your car. He gets the job done in that way. Steve’s has a good policy where you can use one of their rental cars for free while you are waiting for them to service your car--which could last up to a few days. They also will shuttle you off at your house when they are doing an oil change. I believe they pick up, too, but I always had a friend take me back. The lady at the front, Laurie, is very, very nice. Also, you get $20 in Mountain Cash and $20 in regular cash for referring a friend who gets a free oil change on their first visit. Unfortunately, there's a bad side, too. Steve is a stereotypical mechanic who's trying to sell you things you don't always need. He sells you what seems to be a great deal with the Car Care Club Membership--which includes 4 oil changes and other discounts; however, I think it is a way for him to see if there is anything even slightly wrong with your car and try to sell you expensive parts/labor. You’re stuck with him for a whole year if you buy the Car Care Club Membership because you need to redeem your future oil changes. Steve will take up to 6 or 7 hours to do an oil change. It really is not worth it if you’re thinking you’re getting a deal on four oil changes. He will tell you the sky is falling, comes on very strong, and it is extremely uncomfortable to be around when you don't do what he wants. I don’t like how Steve pretends to be one person in public and is so vastly different behind the scenes or when he thinks no one is listening. I felt that Steve treated me poorly simply because I wanted to save money on my car. I don’t have a lot of money and I’d go broke if I bought all of the things that Steve wanted me to buy for my car. Steve may say you need something that you actually need. However, in my opinion, there is no way to know for sure unless you get a second opinion from another mechanic. Lastly, and most importantly, Steve is a dishonest businessman. I hate saying it so bluntly but it is true. He will bait-and-switch you on what the car is going to cost and doesn’t like it when you use discounts or store cash that he gives you. If you have a lot of disposable income, that you don’t mind spending, then go to Steve. He will do a very good job on your car and you won’t be hurting too badly financially. If you’re financially in a place where you can’t spend a lot of money on your car then please—don’t go to Steve’s! It was a very unpleasant experience for me and left me feeling upset over the businessman that Steve is. I hope this review was helpful.

Nice people, but I feel like they are more in it for the money than for the customer. If you don't mind paying a little extra then these are your folks. They will take care of you. If you want the job done cheaper, it can be found elsewhere.

Steve's used to be great - honest, fast, and quality work for a decent price. I'm not sure what changed but in the last year and a half, the costs have gone up and the quality has gone down. A part of me thinks they intentionally sabotaged my car to get me to bring it back to them. It's never had a major antifreeze leak but it had two within two weeks of each other, and the second one did something to the radiator (that they had replaced not even 3 years prior). Thanks to Steve's, I put over $2000 into that car this past year. I sold it for $800 (though taking a leaf out of their dishonest book, I probably could've sold it for $2500). They won't be seeing my new car.

Happily motoring my 2000 Chrysler Grand Caravan with 200,000+ miles thanks to Steve and his team!! Always honest and fair, MORE than courteous, and with extra services that take the sting out of regular and unexpected car maintenance and repair! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
