Our company has sent hundreds of vehicles and customers to Cascade throughout the past several years. They are without a doubt the best body shop that we have ever worked with. They go the extra mile when performing repairs to help erase the incident completely. Also, with the transferable lifetime warranty, we know that our customers will be taken care of if anything were to not be to their high standards down the road.

I just picked up my car from Cascade Collision and I am so happy with the work that was done! They not only made my car better than new on the outside but also on the inside. They even cleaned the mud off my floor mats! That's going above and beyond! The staff was so professional, helpful, and friendly and I loved the text updates as my car progressed through the repair. I will definitely use them in the future!

Incredible customer service! Amazingly friendly staff and a comfortable, welcoming environment. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and water are provided for you. The chairs are actually comfortable to sit in while you wait (and trust me, you won't be waiting long). While they might be a little more expensive than other places, they have a lifetime warranty on all of their work. What really surprised me is that they detailed the inside of my car! While I hope I never have to go back (let's face it accidents suck) I don't think I'll ever take my car anywhere else. Oh, and let's not forget that they called me and told me that my car would be ready two days prior when it was supposed to be. The workers there are very thorough and informative through the entire process and will send you updates. Thank you so much Cascade! You made this entire process as painless and enjoyable as possible. And a special thanks to those employees that were working there today! Take 'em out for lunch sometime! ;-)

Simply AMAZING to work with.  We dropped our van off to be fixed they set up everything they had the rental there to pick us up. The repairs went smoothly.  Josh was easy to work with he sent me updates via text that were easy to understand and kept me up to date on the progress.  If I ever need my car to be fixed again I will be back.  The work was pristine the back end of our van looks brand new.

This is my second experience with Cascade and they have made collision repair as easy as I could ever hope for. Both times I was hit by another car, so other insurances covered the charges. Everything from drop-off, to updates, to repair, to customer service knocked it out of the park. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend their services.
