Great staff! Came here with my boyfriend because the plan I was on with friends was ending and they were giving me the boot. So I had just a week to research companies and plans. I came down with a super bad virus and felt awful, but had to get a new plan asap. Mike B helped us and was so awesome! Even though my fever was high and I was pretty out of it, he made sure to talk to my boyfriend and me and made sure I was understanding the information he was giving us. He talked to us like people, not like a paycheck which really means a lot to us and I'm sure a lot of other people too. He asked questions to narrow down what we like and would need so he wasn't wasting our time looking at every single thing in the store. The store does have a good sized inventory, very clean, well staffed.

Everyone is happy to help. There was a wait but they tried to be quick and efficient with the person they were helping and got a list of names to know who came in first.

The girl who works there suggested a case that was really cute!!! She said it wouldn't crack as much as the case I was gonna get.... I dropped my phone (iPhone 7) and it cracked the case cracked is three different places and the screen savor I got to match it cracked too!!!!!

What a wonderful experience! I want to thank Ishmael Dancy for the best two thumbs up ten star T mobile experience I have ever had, from the moment I walked in the store this young mans customer service skills were over the top, being an old lady who is not new age tech savvy and who was not sure about what I wanted he took the time to explain pros and cons of each phone I looked at , and in the end I took advantage of the iPhone special offer promotion that was being offered. To the store owner I hope you realize that in a time and age where customer service is almost a lost art that you have a rare gift in this young man and I hope you will acknowledge him for this! To anyone looking for a phone store to call home I hope you will take the time to check this store out as I don't think you will be disappointed!!!!!
