Stopped here for the first time today as I had some clothing to sell. Excellent service, very friendly staff. They didn't buy much of what i had but offered a fair price for what they did take. I shopped while I waited and was happy to see they carry a full range of sizes, including plus sizes. They had a lot of really nice, fashionable things. If you plan to bring clothes in, just be aware they do not buy juniors brand clothing, only women's.

Very rude manager. There's no limits on how many clothes you can take inside the fitting room, however when we had like 10 clothes (tops and pants for interview), they kept on knocking on the door to ask for the clothes that didn't work out. I asked for some privacy, of course I was half naked inside and didn't want to interact but she was really rude and didn't stop. She was sneaking from the bottom of the door, like seriously???  In the end while we were checking out, she acknowledged the fact we tried lot of clothes in front of 15 people, which was embarrassing. We had 10 clothes and we bought 8. :/ This place doesn't respect the privacy of customers, They don't care if you're half naked inside. Horrible!!!!

The new ownership (May 2016) is amazing! They've transformed the store completely and hired on a great staff. They are honest, helpful, and not just pushing to make a sale. They offer personal shopping, community outreach/charity events, empowerment clubs, great deals, and I always have a blast going there. I can't shop anywhere else anymore. The selection is amazing (especially being I'm a 1X) and the prices are fabulous. I recommend it to all my friends.

Got am email from Clothes Mentor stating up to 70% off drive an hour into St. Cloud to see what bargains I could bag.  Really annoyed to be told,.oh that's corporate not us.  We are owned by another person!!!!!  Our sale is buy one get 50% off the second.  What a scam.  Will not be going back to that store, prices were high too.
