At Coava Coffee Roasters, our philosophy is simple: we focus on quality, complexity, and balance in the cup. Our long term partnerships with amazing coffee producers combined with the diligent refinement of our craft has allowed our family to roast some of the highest scoring coffees in the world. This is a coffee shop that shares a building with a bamboo work shop I guess. So one side is a workshop front area. And the other is a coffee sit down hang out. But it's all SUPER high end. Nice walls, tables. All crafted perfect. They have a small menu that's expensive but VERY interesting. If you're down for some lit flavors, check it out. If you just want a cupa Joe, don't go here. College kids are here hanging out. And lots of dates going on. And it's right next to analog theater. So if you're waiting on a show, it's somewhere to go beforehand.

It's a very rustic and spacious coffee house, with a friendly staff. There's definitely a comfortable and relaxing vibe to the place. And most importantly, their coffee is top quality and outstanding! More pics to follow on my next visit.

When I entered the shop I was like wow, it’s pretty spacious and has some cool decors and even huge machines. The barista was pretty helpful with my choice of the coffee.  I had cappuccino with a fancy drawing on top. Tasted ugreat! Generally I had a pleasant experience in this place.

Had the Ethiopian pour over. Great flavour, one of the best coffee I have ever had. The store itself look nice. Very nice place to sit and have a cup of coffee. Parking is convenient. There is only few of the spot.
