Cozy coffee shop with friendly service and a small fireplace. The prices are a little steep - $3.50 for a green tea - but it's a great place to go if you need to get a little work done.

This tranquil cafe is a great place to meet friends or get your work done. It is very convenient and rarely too crowded. Good coffee and tea and a few treats. Get in and warm up by the fire.

Coava consistently delivers one of the best almond milk cappuccinos available anywhere. Stellar coffeemaking! This location has been fairly quiet every time I've visited, and is perfect for grabbing a quick drink or staying a while.

Perfect place to grab a Cortado (Like they actually know how to make one.) 
The astetic is is a bit generic but still comfortable.
Love the second story loft seating, lifts you above the street and away from the noise of the service counter. 
Located within walking distance to PSU.
