I noticed that the diamond in my engagement ring started to get loose and I really wanted to avoid chain jewelry stores for fixing it. I went to Coeur d'Alene Fine Jewelers and they were more than happy to help! They not only fixed the main diamond on my engagement ring, but also took the time to tighten down each little diamond that was on my engagement ring and wedding band. They also cleaned my ring while they were at it and I haven't seen my ring so clean since the day my husband proposed to me. I normally took my ring to chain jewelers to be cleaned but I was never impressed by how they cleaned it. I will definitely be returning to Coeur d'Alene Jewelers in the future for all my cleaning and fixes on my jewelry.

After going to another jeweler and being quoted $200, I waited a month and the work was still not done. So I drove from that jeweler to Gary at Coeur D'alene Fine Jewelers and he tightened my setting and polished that ring and my wedding band in 5 minutes and didnt charge me anything! They have our business now!

This IS the place to go for fine jewelry in CDA.
My wife just got my wedding band resized and it was such a pleasure working with the owner.

I love Johannes. The ladies are very professional. All the repairs they've done for me have been on pieces that are vintage and one of a kind. They've handled each job with great care. They are my 'go' to shop for caring for my items.
