Id give ZERO STARS if possible...Placed an order online on Black Friday for an Anne Klein suit, and lo-n behold website was overloaded; lost my order!!! NO order was processed and my last 6 months of order history is GONE!! Customer service was useless...Your WEBSITE SUCKS! it can't even handle a little online shopping on BLACK FRIDAY and now NO SUIT FOR MY SON'S COLLEGE GRAD. PRETTY PISSED!!! I don't think Ill be keeping your card either :(

Good selection, reasonable prices and some great sales. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Macy's is terrible place to shop. It took me 20 minutes to fine a sales person to find out what the price was on a item I was looking at in the purse dept. In the shoe dept. The sales people were talking to a non-sales person about religion while customers were standing around waiting for help. After 15 minutes I gave up. No wonder more people are buying on line.
