Clark's Jewelry came to my rescue when we were traveling through CDA, ID visiting relatives! The minute I stepped through their front door I was treated like a long established customer. Thank you Jane for taking on my problem and expediting it before we left town within days. You, your dad, and all the Clark employees were wonderful! You deserve 10 stars!

My beautiful engagement ring was finished ahead of schedule and under budget. All the people I interacted with went above and beyond for me. I'd never think of anyone but clark's for future jewelry!

Clark's Jewelry went above and beyond for me. Not only did they do a marvelous job on resizing 3 heirloom rings for me. They also placed a diamond in a ring and made it truly spectacular. We came home for a visit to Coeur d' Alene on Tuesday and everything was done by Friday so it would not have to be shipped to Fort Worth, Tx. I could not be any happier with the work they did and the kind staff that they have there. Everyone was so welcoming and professional.

We took in a detailed engagement ring to be sized down. We were told 2 weeks at the most and given a quote. The ring was finished in 1 week and the charge was $20 less than we had been quoted. The most impressive part is that the ring is significantly smaller, but with no signs at all that it had been resized. The associates were very professional and attentive. We are extremely happy with the entire experience at Clarks and will be using them from now on.
