Oh please don't bring you jewelry  here for repair.  I took two rings. BOTH were bad. One chipped  stone. One polished off design. They called to have me come back to fix them. (BUT I signed for them when I left). So no proof.  Check your jewelry before you leave the store.

They ruined my ring!  I brought it in for a bent prong and the “fixed” it but in reality they made it lopsided and it kept catching on everything. I took it to Pounders Jewelry in Spokane and they are fixing it the right way. It needed a new cage for the diamond but Fred Meyers just “built up” the prongs and did a horrible job at that!
