Knowledgeable staff, very helpful in finding an engagement ring for my girlfriend. They have a huge selection, probably twice as many engagement rings as other stores I went too. Plus my girlfriend loves it!

Great store. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn't sure what diamond or even stone to get and they guided me in the right direction. I will be going back to get a watch.

If I could give a ZERO stars I would. This is the most consistently unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable jewelry store I've ever been to. They've completely ruined my fiancées ring, they're quick to blame the other stores and have no idea what they're doing they NEVER call when the ring gets in they NEVER know what they're talking about walking around like a bunch of idiots. I bought the ring in Missoula where everyone was so kind and helpful. This ring has been out getting "fixed" more than she's been able to wear it returning from KVC in worse and worse condition, they've destroyed the band. This is supposed to be a huge exciting step in our lives and they have made the after purchase sizing experience a complete nightmare for the both of us. DO NOT BUY FROM THE CDA SAMUELS AND IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, GO TO MISSOULA!
