This is a jewelry store like no other! I heard about them from a coworker when I was expressing that I couldn't find the wedding band I had in mind. I went in with pictures and explained what I was looking for and this wonder gentleman, Ed, got the process going. He was very thorough with making sure that I got exactly what I wanted.  I'm sure they work on commission, but I was not treated that way. Ed was upfront with cost and if we did x, y or z that it would add to the cost. He made sure it was what I wanted and didn't pressure me into spending more money. After I left, he kept in touch emailing me more ideas confirming that he and I had the same vision. They even did a 3d mock up of my ring so I knew the fit and look was what I wanted. The whole process was great and I will be going back again!

Great overall shopping experience at Coffin and Trout with Danielle.  She's very professional and enthusiastic.  I wanted a particular Rolex model and she kept me in mind - it was worth the wait!

I first saw your billboard along the 202 freeway, quite a long time ago.  Well, in the past few months, circumstances have caused me to be on the market for that special ring for that special lady.  

I was curious as to what your store had to offer and would you be able to fulfill the desires of the image of the ring my lady (currently up in Montana) envisioned and she once shared with me years ago.  I was greeted with friendly and cheerful employees.  A lady that I came to find out to be Danielle walked me over to the engagement rings, after listening to me describe the ring my lady had described to me.  The first ring Danielle pulled out to show me was the one I wanted, and I knew it right then.  She said that the ring could be re-designed to fit what my lady had described to me and also get it within my desired budget.  What a relief.  I did look around at some other items in the store and was quite impressed.

I asked Danielle if anybody had ever proposed to a lady in their store.  She said there had been a few.  So, the plan is set.  It will be a few more months before I can execute it, but I have a great feeling that with the help of Danielle and your entire staff, it will be a very memorable day.

We went to Coffin and Trout for a custom engagement ring after another jeweler unfortunately botched the job. I couldn’t be happier we made the switch! Leo was our salesperson and he was amazing. We worked with both Leo and Catherine on design recommendations and the result was amazing. I get so many compliments on my ring. If you want an good customer service experience combined with a quality product and a “non pushy” sales environment (which we hate) go to C&T! We went back to design and purchase my wedding band for these exact reasons!

Buying a luxury item for the first time can be intimidating, but Danielle made it a lovely and special experience.  I wasn’t buying anywhere near the most expensive item they offer and she treated me as if I was.  Working with her only added to the occasion of buying my husband a very special birthday gift.  Lovely store, wonderful service and would highly recommend.
