I went to over 6 different jewelers before I went to Jared. Those other jewelers only showed me what they wanted me to wear and didn't listen to what I wanted. I was very blunt about what I wanted and what I didn't want and I was starting to feel let down in regards to my ring search but then I meant Mr. Kutty (Shashidar Kutty). I told him my frustrations with other jewelers and what I was looking for.  He really listened and only showed me one ring and it was perfect, we bought it that very moment.  It wasn't even considered a bridal ring, which is what everyone else only showed me. The fact that he went outside of the box and valued me as a customer/fellow human being has made me a returning customer. Thank you Jared for hiring Mr. Kutty!

Side Note: The rest of the team has been very kind to me and helpful as well.  I don't want to forget them. :o)

I wouldn't suggest this place. Only staff member that knows what they are doing was Austin. I had to return 3 separate times to purchase my first ring just to find out Jared never updated their inventory after an hour on the phone with corporate. My payments were much higher than what they told me they would be and I did not get any paperwork for them. My ring came in 1-2 days later than they said it would each time. When I returned to this location to pick up my resized ring and make my first payment there were 2 employees per person in the store and they wouldn't even acknowledge me, sat there for half an hour before I finally had to leave. Still haven't been able to pick up my ring or make a payment.

The experience I had here was unbelievable, me and my now Fiance came to this location  to find an engagement ring , it took us a long time to find the perfect ring (I refused to look  elsewhere , I wanted to find the ring at Jared)   the ring we found was way over our budget therefore we agreed to open a Jared Card,  everything we were told about the card was a complete LIE , the payment plan was NOT set up like we were told. Unfortunately we didn't find out until our first payment was due and it was extremely upsetting!!! My fiance and I had already re located to Tucson , We called the manager at this store and he was very polite and helpful , he partnered with the manager at our local Jared Store in Tucson , they were not able to do much but Their effort was very appreciated and the manager  did jump hoops to atleast meet us half way. I was happy in the end , but still SO angry about the whole situation!

EXTREMELY satisfied with this Jared location. The entire staff was beyond friendly, and from the moment I first walked in, they were helpful without pressuring me into anything. The sales person I worked with Tirzah was so kind and genuine and it made buying a ring from them easier than imagined. The GM of the store gave me a great deal on my fiancé's engagement ring, and throughout the entire process, I could tell they were just as excited if not more than I was! I've been to other jewelry stores in the valley (Zales, Kay, Helzburg, Shane Co, and even a different Jared location in Scottsdale) and this was by far the best experience I could've  hoped for!! I'll definitely be doing all my jewelry shopping from this location from now on!!!

This Jared's has exceptional customer service. They spend a lot of time with you and have replaced a necklace of mine that has broken 4 times!
